His Armor

Given Wednesday night

The sword and the lance,
...The breastplate and shield.
The hard metal helmet,
And green grassy field.

The belt ‘round your waist,
And iron shoe shod,
Is not nearly as good,
As the Armor of God.

His sword is His word,
His breastplate is right,
His hard metal helmet,
It saves in the fight!

His belt is the truth,
His shoes bring you peace,
Come use His armor,
And your worries will cease!
