Encouraging Words

Heb. 10:25 “... let us encourage one another — and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

All He Is To Me

by Mary Kennedy

While I was walking and talking to Him this morning, I started thinking about all the things He is to me...

He’s my Creator.

He’s my Savior, but not just that...He’s my Redeemer.

He’s my Healer and my Friend that sticks closer than a brother. He’s a Friend that walks with me and talks with me. He tells me I am His own and points out all the awesome things He’s made...all the different colors of leaves on trees, the intricate design in the flowers, the beautiful clouds and blue sky...Ginger, Jag, Hobbs, Morris, Henry (family pets).

He picks me up when I fall and gives me the faith to go onward and upward. And when I can’t walk, He carries me.

When my heart would tend to wander, He takes it and seals it. He brings me back to Him.

He leads me by still waters and restores my soul.

He’s my glory and the lifter of my head.

He’s my encourager and my constant intercessor.

He prays for me.

He sets my spirit free that I may worship Him.

He’s goes into the secret places of my heart with love and gentleness and shows me my need of Him. And then He does that beautiful, miraculous work to cleanse me.

He’s my vision, my fire, my guide and all the wisdom I’ll ever need for anything that comes my way.

He qualifies me for every task because I’m called by Him. I’m a child of the King!!!

He’s teaching me to intercede for those in need by His precious Holy Spirit. He’s causing my compassion and love for others to grow because He’s alive in me and it’s His love and compassion.

He’s my breath, my life. His Word is my daily bread.

He’s everything to me....
